I would stop by to pick up flowers for my mom on my way to see her when she was in nursing care. She always said how pretty the flowers were, especially the colors. Our delivery person attempted to deliver your order and no one was home at the time. If the weather is not nice enough to leave the arrangement by their door, we will try a neighbor so they will get their arrangement as soon as possible. A friendly neighbor will usually accept the arrangement on their behalf and take it over when someone gets home.

Beautiful flowers, but even better customer service. The recipient wasn’t home and the flowers couldn’t be delivered until the recipient was there because of the cold weather. Expressions staff delivered the flowers after hours at a convenient time for the recipient - even though it was hours past normal delivery time. Expressions would not accept any additional delivery fee for their trouble. Absolutely amazing customer service and going above and beyond!

The arrangement was slightly different than the picture with the Lilies being replaced by Gerbera Daisy and hydrangeas. The Gerbera Daisy is a favorite of the recipient so it worked out. She indicated that they were beautiful. Also she missed the delivery and was willing to pick up the arrangement. However, she was told it was not necessary that they would deliver for her.

I ordered three different bouquets around 11 o'clock at night the previous day. I was shocked when I called in the next morning at 10am and they told me that my order had already been put on the track and was being delivered! Great service!
